ISOSTATIC GRAPHITE
Cold isostatic pressed graphite has the characteristics of large sizes available, even textured and isotropy. It also has advantage of high density, fine grain size, high purity , high strength, low specific resistance, high mechnical strength , easy precision machinining ,excellent thermal shock resistance , high temperature resistance , and oxidation resistance with good anti-corrosion.
Application : It is used for making heating element (crucible , heater, guide cylinder, protective cover) of monocrystalline silicon Czochralski furnace's thermal field in photovoltaic industry, EDM machining, making large sized mould, heating elements in large industrial furnace and vacuum furnace, large precision casting mould , and used as high temperature gas-cooled reactor core structure graphite for nuclear industry.
MOLDED GRAPHITE
Features:

Application :
It is widely used for EDM maching, mould for sintering diamond, crystallizer for horizontal continuous casting ,crucible for melting nonferrous metal , industrial furnace, heating element in vacuum furnace, etc.
VIBRATION GRAPHITE
For vibration graphite , the standard grades are TSK AND GSK. The main difference is the max. grain size of TSK is 2 mm , the max. sze of GSK is 0.8 mm.Their common characteristic is good structure and homogeneity. low ash content, high mechnical strength, good electric-thermal stability property ,large sizes are available , r\they can be used for maching parts with large size, properties can be improved by further impregnation with resin and oxidation resistance treatment.
Application :
They are widely used for producing polycrystalline silicon in photovoltaic industry, heating and thermal insulation elements in monocrystalline silicon furnace. They are also used for casting , chemical industry, electron ,nonferrous metal,high temperature processes, ceramics and refractory materials.

Application:
It is used as electrode in small metallurgical furnace , calcium carbide furnace, aluminum silicate cotton furnace , electro baked maganesite furnace, ceramicite furnace to produce fire-resitant material and vacuum vessel material. Besides , it can be used for making electrolytic manganese powder.
