Carbon-Graphite Products for EDM
Advantages of EDM graphite electrode:
1. little weight : about 1/5 of cuprom that largely cut down the load of the EDM.
2. High speed of electrical discharge processing (about 1.5~3 times of cuprum).
3. High density , low rate of abrasion.
4. Low coefficient of thermal expansion. It means reduce the condition of deformation in heat.
5. Variety of grades for customers's selection, from rough processing , precise processing to the final accurate processing EDM graphite electrode.
Application :The electrode for EDM is made of graphite .Comparing with copper, graphite has man advantages effect on whole manufacturing chain, it reduces the production cost of EDM mould and it maintains even improves quality.
